The refund is calculated automatically and lands on your balance without contacting support.
- The provider rejected the order — the full amount is returned.
- The order was cancelled before delivery started — the full amount is returned.
- The order was partially delivered — the cost of the undelivered part is returned.
When there is no refund
- If the order was delivered and the number dropped later, that is a refill case, not a refund.
- The link is wrong or points to someone else’s account.
- The account was made private, deleted or renamed after the order was placed.
Withdrawing the remaining balance back to a card or wallet is possible via a support request, provided the funds were not spent.
